Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods have incurred damages prior to being delivered to You (not after receiving it).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Return shipping will be refunded, and a replacement will be processed as soon as the Goods are received by our team.
The following conditions are considered valid for refund;
1) Return has been processed;
2) Item not delivered;
3) Replacement is not available.
Email notifications will be sent once the refund has been completed. We are not held responsible for Goods lost during transit. Refund claims of this nature should be lodged to Australia Post or with our partner couriers.
All orders confirmed on our website are considered final and cannot be changed. No returns. No exchanges. No holds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
